Reflecting on this past year, it was a crazy one for our family. In May the day before my oldest son Jake was graduating from CU Boulder he was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia. 

He was admitted into CU Anschutz hospital the day after graduation and immediately started chemo. 

In July we found out his younger brother, Carter, was a perfect match to donate his healthy stem cells. On July 11th Jake had a Bone Marrow Transplant. He spent a month in the hospital as his body learned to accept Carter's cells. 

Jake is doing very well and is getting stronger every day. 

In 2024 I will be donating 10% of my proceeds to Small Choices Foundation, an amazing nonprofit organization volunteer run by those directly impacted by cancer at CU Anschutz. Small Choices helped Jake tremendously. 

God Bless all the Doctors & Nurses that took such amazing care of Jake. #CancerSucks
